PHARMAMEDIA, PROFLO and PROFLO OIL are nutrients derived from cottonseed. They are especially designed for use in industrial fermentations. These products are most widely applied as natural protein and lipid sources in the production of antibiotics and enzymes. Some of the more common fermentation processes which use PHARMAMEDIA and PROFLO include penicillins, tetracyclines, amylases and cellulases.
